Top Ten Reasons: Zach Turned 25

On March 10. 2011 I entered the world of people who can rent cars without extra limits. Yep, that pretty much means I've hit the top. I think my insurance was supposed to go down too, but I lost my good student discount at the same time so it was basically net zero effect.
